$83.01 for the June Meeting Lunch and $600.00 for web site contract.

Since the dues notices haven’t gone out yet, Tina asked the board if
they wanted to consider lowering the yearly payment or leaving off the $100
yearly lunch fee since the group isn’t meeting monthly anymore.
The board decided to keep the $150 fee the same and discuss ways to spend
the money at the next meeting (sponsorship, scholarship, etc.).
This will be discussed at the March OCLOC meeting.

Barker will e-mail the resolution to Tina who will forward it out to everyone
