CALL TO ORDER

President Nick Chubb stated that there was a quorum and called the meeting to order at 6:48 p.m. at The Compass Rose Restaurant in Valparaiso.

PRESENT BOARD MEMBERS

Nick Chubb (President) - Cinco Bayou

Charles Baugh (Vice President) - Crestview

Sam Seevers - Destin

Daniel Henkel - Niceville

Ricardo Garcia - Shalimar

Joan Smith - Laurel Hill

Mike Anderson - Fort Walton Beach

Heyward Strong - Valparaiso

OTHERS IN ATTENDANCE

Sheila Hansen - Shalimar

Discussion to write a letter to the editor in opposition to Proposition 4 - after a short discussion President Chubb asked for a motion to write a letter to the editor in opposition to Proposition 4. Charles Baugh moved that a letter be written and Daniel Henkel seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved. President Chubb will check with an attorney to check the legality of writing the letter.

NEW BUSINESS:

ADJOURN - Mayor Anderson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded by Mayor Seevers and passed unanimously. The meeting was closed at 6:59 p.m.
